Q. WHAT IS HE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN OPEN EDITION AND LIMITED EDITION PRINT?

A. An open edition print is one that is not numbered or limited. A limited edition print is where the print comes with a numbered and signed certificate of Authenticity and only a certain amount are printed in that size. This exclusivity increases the value of the print.

Q. CAN I PAY BY DIRECT BANK DEPOSIT OR CREDIT CARD OVER THE PHONE?

Q.  CAN I ORDER A DIFFERENT SIZE PRINT TO WHAT YOU HAVE ON OFFER IN THE SHOPPING CART?

A. On most occasions, yes…it will just depend on a few things like how big the file is when I had it photographed. If you message me the size you'd like, I will get back to you. hello@sharonpeterkin.com.au

Q. I HAVE A FRAME AND I WANT TO KNOW IF THE PRINT WILL FIT INSIDE IT.

A. All my Art print reproductions are on standard size paper and will fit into the corresponding standard frames available to purchase from many retail stores. I recommend double checking sizes before you purchase. You may have to trim the print to fit.  hello@sharonpeterkin.com.au

Q. I WANT TO GET MY PRINT PROFESSIONALLY FRAMED?

A. If you know that you will get the art print professionally framed before you buy, just let me know and I'll print over the whole paper, leaving a small border for a mat. 

Q. MY PRINT HAS ARRIVED AND IT IS NOT WHAT I EXPECTED.

A. If you're happy, I'm happy, if you're not... lets talk about it. The prints will always look a little different on a computer screen, that's the nature of the beast.

Q. MY COUNTRY IS NOT LISTED IN THE SHIPPING OPTIONS.

Q. If I live outside of Australia will I be charged for custom fees or duty taxes?

A. Most likely. Every country has different regulations on how they handle imported goods. I recommend you check this duty calculator for your country Duty Calculator

Q. WOULD YOU PAINT SOMETHING SPECIAL AND HOW WOULD WE GO ABOUT IT?

A. Commissions are one of most favourite types of work. I usually like to talk over the phone and find out all the information about the idea or concept. We'll discuss your budget and take it from there. A deposit of 30% will be required and once I've sent a photo of the completed work and have your approval, I'll request the balance before it's carefully wrapped, packed and sent to you. Freight is also additional. As I am in Western Australia, we get great backloading rates, so prices are very good to the east coast.
